2010 State Rendezvous
Hosted by the Teton and Mountain Man chapters, August 13-15.
Location
Riley's Draw, Bondurant, Wyoming
Water/Feed
Bring your own drinking water. There is a stream nearby for horses.
Must have certified hay.
Dogs
No loose dogs! All dogs must be on a leash - even at your own
campsite. No dogs, even if leashed, allowed in catering area.
Trailboss will decide if dogs can go on rides.
Please clean up after your dog!
Food
Saturday night dinner: Pig roast with dutch oven potatoes, corn on
the cob, beans, salad, dessert, coffee, iced tea and lemonade.
Sunday morning breakfast: Pancakes, bacon, eggs, coffee, hot tea
and hot chocolate.
$40 per person. There is a $10 discount per person if received by
Saturday, July 31, by our Treasurer. Please return the liability
waiver form with your registration form. The waiver form needs to be
signed by each and every adult over the age of 18. Those under 18 need
to have one filled out for them with their parent's signature. Both
forms can be found at the Rendezvous links in the schedule above.
Auction
Bring your checkbooks as we will be having an auction! New and
gently used items from both Mountain Man and Teton.
Entertainment
Bring your instruments! We are going to have an Old-Fashoined
Hootenanny where everyone there can play and sing, preferably songs that we
all can sing!
Provisions
There are no trees where we are camping so you will need to bring horse
containment or highline between two trailers.
